I am a professional photographer from Swindon , I care passionately about my work and I have felt for some time I should pay the guys and gals of Fotospeed some acknowledgement for the incredible service they provide to me and the photography community.
Fotospeed began life manufacturing quality darkroom chemistry and specialist fine art printmaking processes and have 35 years of technical experience.
With a reputation for quality and service, Fotospeed is now an established distribution company for worldwide market leading brands such as Hahnemuhle Fine Art Papers, Kaiser Photographic equipment, Herma Adhesives and Canson Infinity Papers. All good stuff but for me what stands out most is their willingness to help and go that extra mile with me to make sure I’m producing great images.
I have paid a couple of visit to their premises in Corsham in Wiltshire with some printing problems with my Epson PhotoR3000 printer. Each time I have been met with a friendly smile, a cup of tea, the usual sound advice and of course the solutions to my problems. I recently made the most of their kind invitation to attend a colour-profiling lecture given by Toby and his great depth of knowledge in the subject is very obvious. Vince is their technical expert and a master at sorting out printing issues.
All of this helps me achieve my personal goal which is to provide excellent photography and prints which exceed the expectations of my clients. I like to think I give my customers the same quality in service Footospeed have shown to me.
They will be at the Photography show NEC, please go look them up as they have some great new products available, find them on stand E81
I hope you like the latest image below. I use the Platinum Baryta 300gsm fine art paper supplied by fotospeed and I’m really pleased to say that my client was delighted with both the quality of the image and the printing
